About me
Lauren Calzada is currently the Senior Director of Development at Trinity Habitat for Humanity in Fort Worth, TX. She fell in love with the nonprofit world in 2006 while working with Cook Children’s Health Foundation, a subsidiary of Cook Children’s Health Systems; first as a Gift Processing Coordinator and then a Prospect Researcher. After a short break from full time work teaching pre-k, Lauren felt the call to move back into the nonprofit sector with Trinity Habitat for Humanity. Since December of 2013, she has served as Development Coordinator, BuildStrong Events Manager, Sponsor Relations Manager, Annual Giving and Database Manager, Director of Individual Giving and has now found her place as Senior Director of Development. Lauren lives in Fort Worth and is currently outnumber by her husband, their 11-year-old son, 3 dogs and a snake. Baylea, her daughter, makes magic at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL.
